Grapefruit Paloma Mocktail
A mocktail that's also healthy? The weather is slowly getting nice and warm! That means it's high time to take a vacation with a glass of mocktail on your balcony.
Grapefruit is a true powerhouse, rich in vitamin C and flavonoids that fight bacteria and viruses and promote digestion!
Plus, the bitter flavor makes a perfect base for a slightly sweet mocktail. You can adjust the amount of maple syrup to your liking!
Ingredients:
- 4 grapefruits
- 2 limes
- ice cubes
- fresh coriander
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- Sparkling water
Preparation:
1. Add grapefruits, limes, coriander and finally maple syrup to the juicer.
2. Pour the juice into a glass and fill with sparkling water.
3. Decorate with fresh fruit and enjoy!
