Green Melon Moringa Smoothie
In order to start the day fit and alert, we first need a healthy juice! In addition to the antioxidant effect and thus protection against free radicals, Moringa is said to strengthen the immune system and stimulate blood circulation and metabolism. In addition, Moringa, similar to garden grass powder, is rich in fiber!
Ingredients
-1 small Galia melon
-1/2 - 1 head of lettuce
-1 banana
-1 cucumber
-1 tsp almond butter
-1 tsp Moringa powder
-Some ice cubes
it's that fast!
Blend all the ingredients into a smoothie and enjoy!
