Green Juice Basic
If you are a beginner in the world of vegetable juices, this green juice is just the thing for you.
At the beginning it is particularly important to use vegetables and fruit in a good ratio - and the way you like them! Then slowly reduce the fruit content and add more vegetables to reduce the sugar content of your juice.
Do not peel the apples when juicing them, as the peel contains a lot of fiber! You can also reuse the pomace when baking or cooking.
Celery also contains a lot of vitamins A, C, sodium and calcium and therefore helps you fight off fatigue.
