Green juice & clever tip for the pomace

Do you love green juices as much as we do? Here's a refreshing recipe that not only quenches your thirst but also offers a creative use for the pulp!

Green juice & clever tip for the pomace

Ingredients

- 300g green grapes
- 2 apples
- 3 stalks of celery

- 1/2 lime
- 1/2 cucumber
- Several leaves of basil
- Some coriander (optional)
- Large piece of ginger

preparation

Wash all ingredients thoroughly, peel if necessary, remove stems, and chop everything into large pieces. Then add the ingredients to your Kuvings AUTO10S juicer.

Tip for the pomace

Spread the entire pulp thinly on baking paper and let it dry. In winter, this works best for a few days on the radiator or, alternatively, in the oven at the lowest temperature. Once the mixture is dry, grind it in a blender or food processor, mix in some sea salt, and pour it into a sealable jar. This homemade seasoning salt is perfect for refining your dishes and also makes a great gift!
