Kale smoothie
You're probably aware of this: when it comes to nutrients, kale is in the Champions League, so to speak. But what about the taste?

Ingredients
- 2 fresh kale sticks (medium size)
- 1 frozen banana
- 100g frozen mango
- 150g yogurt, unsweetened (e.g. from soy or coconut)
- 1 tbsp cashew butter
- 300ml water
preparation
1. Separate the kale from the stem and chop it coarsely. Place in a #CB1000 .
2. Add all other ingredients as well.
3. Puree very vigorously for 30-60 seconds so that no pieces of kale are visible. (Add more water if necessary)
4. Enjoy straight away! Because of the banana it will quickly no longer taste good
