Hazelnut milk
Hazelnut milk
Did you know that making plant milk is child's play with Kuvings juicers?
In the video, you can see how easy it is to make plant-based milk with the Kuvings AUTO10S slow juicer. Hazelnuts and water are all you need! In winter, you can use the freshly made hazelnut milk to make a delicious hot chocolate.
preparation
1. Soak the hazelnuts in plenty of water for at least 4 hours. For 500 ml of hazelnut milk, I need about 150 g of hazelnuts, but you can adjust the amount depending on your desired consistency.
2. Pour the soaked nuts along with fresh water into the Kuvings AUTO10S Slow Juicer and turn it on to collect the fresh hazelnut milk.
3. Heat the hazelnut milk and add 1.5 teaspoons of cocoa powder and 1/2 teaspoon of gingerbread spice. Sweeten with maple syrup to taste. Optionally, melt 20g of chocolate in a double boiler and stir in.
Great tip from @plantpower.nutrition
For a special trick in the video, dip an electric frother into melted chocolate and pipe it into the inside of the glass. Of course, you can also just stir it in directly for a richer flavor.
