Hazelnut milk

Did you know that making plant-based milk is child's play with Kuvings juicers?

In the video you can see how easy it is to make plant milk with the Kuvings Auto10 Slow Juicer. Hazelnuts and water are all you need! In winter you can conjure up a delicious hot chocolate from freshly made hazelnut milk.

preparation
1. Soak hazelnuts in enough water for at least 4 hours. For 500 ml of hazelnut milk I need about 150 g of hazelnuts, but you can adjust the amount depending on the consistency you want.
2. Pour the soaked nuts into the Kuvings Auto10 Slow Juicer along with fresh water and turn it on to collect the fresh hazelnut milk.
3. Warm the hazelnut milk and add 1.5 teaspoons cocoa powder and 1/2 teaspoon gingerbread spice. Sweeten with maple syrup to taste. Optionally, you can melt 20 g of chocolate in a water bath and stir in.

Great tip from @plantpower.nutrition
For a special trick in the video, dip an electric frother into liquid chocolate and pipe it into the inside of the glass. Of course, you can also just stir them in directly for a more full-bodied taste.
