Blueberry thalers with white chocolate

How about blueberry thalers with white chocolate?
If you don't have pomace, you can also use fresh chopped blueberries and, if necessary, a little less liquid

It's so delicious, so feel free to try it

Ingredients for dough dough
70g blueberry pomace
40g ground almonds
2 tbsp coconut oil
3 tbsp chia seeds
4 chopped dates
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp nut butter
4 tablespoons plant milk or oil
Handful of granola

Ingredients filling
1/2 almond coconut butter

Topping ingredients
2 bars of vegan white chocolate
2 tbsp neutral oil

Blueberry thalers with white chocolate

1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until you get a malleable mass, form small balls out of them and press them flat.
2. Melt the chocolate in a water bath, add 2 tablespoons of rapeseed oil and cover the bottom of approx. 10 paper cases with chocolate.
3. Place the flattened balls on the chocolate. Add a teaspoon of almond-coconut butter over each.
4. Pour the remaining chocolate over the thalers and distribute blueberries and/or blackberries on top.
5. Then refrigerate and wait until the chocolate has set and enjoy
