How about blueberry coins with white chocolate?
If you don't have any pomace, you can also use fresh chopped blueberries and a little less liquid if necessary

Ingredients for the coin dough
70g blueberry pomace
40g ground almonds
2 tbsp coconut oil
3 tbsp chia seeds
4 chopped dates
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp nut butter
4 tbsp plant milk or oil
handful of granola

Ingredients filling
1/2 almond coconut butter

Topping ingredients
2 bars of vegan white chocolate
2 tbsp neutral oil
blueberries
Blackberries

Blueberry coins with white chocolate

preparation
1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix until you get a malleable mass, then form small balls and press them flat.
2. Melt the chocolate in a water bath, add 2 tablespoons of rapeseed oil and cover the bottom of about 10 paper baking cups with chocolate.
3. Place the flattened balls on the chocolate. Top each with a teaspoon of almond-coconut butter.
4. Pour the remaining chocolate over the coins and arrange blueberries and/or blackberries on top.
5. Then refrigerate and wait until the chocolate has set and enjoy
