Raspberry Mascarpone Cream

Delicious raspberry mascarpone cream as a dessert for a romantic day with your loved one.

Ingredients

- Raspberries
- Vanilla sugar
- Mascarpone
- Whipped cream

preparation
For decoration I love Milka chocolate hearts

First wash and juice the raspberries

Beat the cream together with the vanilla sugar until stiff

Mix the mascarpone and the stiff cream until smooth

Take a glass

First pour the cream into the glass, then the raspberry juice and more cream and finally garnish as desired, for example with chocolate hearts or additional raspberries
