Raspberry or mango sorbet

Raspberry or mango sorbet – your favorite fruit as ice cream
Which sorbet do you prefer? Simply freeze your favorite fruit and use the Kuvings Slow Juicer to turn it into a creamy sorbet—just the way you like it!
Whether raspberry or mango, both versions are fruity, refreshing, and completely free of artificial additives. Those who prefer a sweeter flavor can optionally add a little agave syrup.
Ingredients
- Frozen raspberries or mango pieces
- 2–4 tablespoons agave syrup (optional, depending on taste)
preparation
- Insert the sorbet filter into the Kuvings Slow Juicer.
- Add the frozen fruit (with agave syrup if desired) one at a time.
- Serve immediately or freeze briefly for a firmer consistency.
Topping ideas
- Fresh fruit (e.g. berries, kiwi, pineapple)
- Nuts or coconut flakes
- Chia seeds, granola or puffed quinoa
Tip: Combine both varieties for a two-tone sorbet or experiment with other fruits such as papaya, pineapple or passion fruit!
