- 200g of ginger
- 3 lemons
- Optional: 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Hot water
1. Put the ginger and lemons in the juicer.
2. Pour the juice into a cup of hot water and sweeten with maple syrup to taste.
Serving tip: it tastes even better with fresh mint!
