Healthy coconut smoothie
If you have constant sugar cravings but turn pale at the thought of greens on your plate, this Celery Apple Smoothie is a great way to disguise your veggies as a dessert or sweet snack. It's got just the right balance of apples and celery and is so delicious you won't even realize it's packed with beneficial nutrients.Ingredients:
- 50g celery (cut into 3-4cm pieces)
- 1 medium apple, cored
- 600ml coconut water
- 1 piece of ginger
Preparation: Mix all ingredients with the Kuvings Vacuum Blender SV-500 (or SV-400).
