Mango-lime ice cream

Ingredients
- 1 ripe sweet mango, diced
- 1 lime, peeled and cut into 4 pieces
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup

preparation
1. Scoop out the mango flesh and freeze the mango peel to make ice trays.
2. Freeze the diced mango and lime.
3. Mix coconut milk and maple syrup and freeze in an ice cube tray.
4. Replace the juice strainer with the sorbet strainer.
5. Add the frozen fruit and frozen milk cubes to the juicer, alternating between the ingredients.
6. Fill the frozen mango shells with the ice cream.
7. Serve immediately as soft serve or freeze and enjoy for up to 5 days.
