Ingredients
- 200 g Hokkaido pumpkin
- 100 g red lentils
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- 1 heaped tablespoon of tahini
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp curry powder
- Salt

preparation
1. Dice the pumpkin and cook until soft like the lentils.
2. Add all ingredients to the blender and puree at the highest level.
