Healthy Mango Panna Cotta with Sour Mango Jelly (vegan)

The perfect Easter dessert for the holidays!
FIT MANGO PANNA COTTA
350g coconut milk
1 tbsp cashew butter
120ml mango smoothie (prepared with the smoothie strainer)
2 tbsp agar agar
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp lemon juice
Also: smoothie strainer
  1. Mount the smoothie sieve on the juicer and puree the mango into a smoothie.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan, bring to the boil and simmer for 1 minute.
  3. Pour into mason jars or mugs and let cool at room temperature. Then place in the fridge for 2 hours.
MANGO JELLY
120ml mango smoothie (prepared with the smoothie strainer)
2 tbsp tapioca starch
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp lemon juice
  1. Dissolve tapioca starch in some mango smoothie.
  2. Add all the ingredients and let it boil in a saucepan for a few minutes.
  3. Let cool and serve with the mango panna cotta!
