Nectarines are especially healthy for our hearts! they have a lot of potassium, a good 200 milligrams per 100 grams of pulp. Potassium controls our heart function because, as an electrolyte, it regulates cell voltage, for example.
and its pulp is almost completely fat-free and low in calories, but all the more rich in healthy ingredients.
