Oil in the juice: A good idea? Or not?

Fruits and vegetables also contain fat-soluble vitamins such as vitamins A, D, E and K. Adding oil can improve the absorption of these vitamins, but it is not essential to use a whole spoonful - a few drops are enough.

It is important to note, however, that this is only relevant if you drink the juice alone, without a meal or snack. In this case, the fat from the meal may be sufficient.
