POWER BALLS

Have you ever made your own almond milk with your Kuvings?
This creates a lot of pressed almonds that are great to reuse!
it is an environmentally friendly zero waste pomace recipe!

Ingredients
- 200g of almond pomace
- 50g coconut
- 100g dried cherries or dried cranberries
- 100g of dates
- 3tbsp agave syrup
- 2 tbsp nut butter
*optional: a dash of beetroot juice for the colour

preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend. Form small balls, then dip in melted chocolate and decorate with flower petals or nuts. Place the Powerballs on a plate and store in the fridge.
