Ingredients
- 4 red peppers
- 2 yellow peppers
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- A few spoonfuls of olive oil
- A pinch of Himalayan salt
preparation
1. Roast vegetables with olive oil for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius/360 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Puree vegetables with a premium vacuum blender and add 200 ml of water.
3. To garnish, add pumpkin seeds, feta, chili oil and fresh basil.
