Healthy carrot cake porridge

#Zerowaste Healthy Carrot Cake Porridge

So incredibly light but so incredibly delicious! 🥕🥕🥕

So you can also enjoy a cake for breakfast in the morning. 💕

Ingredients:

• 70g rolled oats
• 45g carrot pomace
• 40g mixed nuts
• Almond milk
• 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
• 2 teaspoons spice mix (cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves)
• 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients (add almond milk until desired consistency is reached)
Heat in a pot or in the microwave
Refine with fruit, nuts, yoghurt etc. as you like and enjoy!
