Beetroot spread
Rich in nutrients and delicious in taste!
Beetroot spread, made from leftover pomace from @kuvingsgermany. Slow juicer, gives your bread a fresh, earthy taste.
Ingredients
- 150g beetroot pomace
- 150g vegan cream cheese
- 1/2 white chopped onion
- 1 small garlic clove, chopped
- 1 tbsp vegan mayo
- Salt & Pepper
- Splash of lemon juice
preparation
Combine all ingredients and stir thoroughly.
The spread will develop even more flavor the next day!
Store it airtight in the refrigerator : )
