Beetroot Balls
Beetroot balls

Donβt throw away the pomace!
@veganwings_ shows you how to transform your beetroot pomace into incredibly delicious beetroot balls!
Ingredients:
β’ Pomace of 10 beetroots
β’ 7 tbsp flaxseed
β’ 13 tbsp oats
β’ 2 cloves of garlic
β’ 1 large red onion
β’ 1 stalk of celery
β’ 1 medium carrot
β’ 4 tbsp garlic mayo
β’ 2 tbsp mustard
β’ 3 tbsp chia seeds
β’ 3 tbsp tomato paste
β’ 3 tbsp oil
β’ Salt, pepper, garlic powder
Preparation:
1. Mix mustard, chia seeds, tomato paste, garlic mayo, oil and a splash of water in a bowl and let it steep.
2. Grind the oats and flaxseeds into flour in a blender.
3. Finely chop the garlic, onion, celery, and carrot and fry them in a pan with oil. 4. Add the beetroot pulp and fry everything briefly.
5. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
6. Form the mixture into small balls and fry in a pan with plenty of oil over medium heat. Turn after about 5 minutes. Done!
Yogurt dip with parsley:
Ingredients:
β’ 4 tbsp vegan yogurt
β’ 2 tbsp garlic mayo
β’ 1 tsp mustard
β’ 2 sprigs of fresh parsley, chopped
β’ Salt & Pepper
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
