Salted Caramel Granola

Salted Caramel Granola – Sugar-free, crunchy & full of flavor

Who wants HEALTHY CARAMEL SALTED Granola? (sugar-free!!!)

Ingredients (no sugar)(large portion!)
- 2 cups of oatmeal
- 1 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup hazelnuts
- 1/2 cup mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower and sesame)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 cup healthy caramel*

preparation
1️. Healthy Caramel: Soak 1 cup of dates in hot water for 10 minutes. Blend the dates with a splash of water, milk, and a pinch of Himalayan salt. [Here, @kuvingsgermany used a juicer with a special sorbet maker.]

2️. In the meantime, oatmeal, nuts & seeds, maple syrup, coconut oil, tahini, and healthy caramel.
3️. Bake it for about 20-25 minutes at 150 degrees Celsius. If you want larger pieces, don't stir it for the first 8 minutes.
