Vegan chocolate pancakes – gluten-free & sugar-free
Ingredients:
1 cup buckwheat flour
1 ripe banana
3/4 cup milk (here cashew-hazelnut drink*)
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons cocoa powder
pinch of salt
1 spoon coconut oil
Place everything in a bowl and mix with a fork. You can also use a blender, but don't overmix. The mixture will be very thick and sticky, so it won't fall off the spoon.
Heat a pan, put 2 tablespoons of the mixture on a stick and decorate with fresh fruit.
* For homemade cashew hazelnut drink, simply use your Kuvings juicer. Soak the nuts in water overnight and then juice them alternately with water. Videos can be found on our social media channels.
