Chocolate pancakes (sugar & gluten free, vegan)
1 cup buckwheat flour
1 ripe banana
3/4 cup milk (here cashew hazelnut drink*)
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons cocoa powder
pinch of salt
1 spoonful of coconut oil
Put everything in a bowl and mix with a fork. A blender can also be used, but it must not be blended for too long. The mixture is very thick and sticky so it doesn't fall off the spoon.
Heat the pan, pour 2 tablespoons of the mixture onto a stick and decorate with fresh fruit.
* For homemade cashew-hazelnut drink, simply use your Kuvings juicer. Soak the nuts in water overnight and then alternately juice them with water. You can find videos on our social media channels.
