Sorbet with yellow watermelon

Sorbet with yellow watermelon

Mojito sorbet with yellow watermelon – no added sugar

Have you bought some yellow watermelon? Perfect! Make an incredibly fresh sorbet with it – with lime, mint, and a hint of agave syrup. The result: an ice-cold summer treat that looks like sunshine in a glass – and tastes just like it, too.

Ingredients:

  • ½ large yellow watermelon (cut into pieces and frozen)
  • 1 handful of fresh mint
  • Juice of 4 limes
  • approx. 60 ml agave syrup (depending on taste)

Preparation:

  1. Cut the watermelon into pieces and freeze them overnight.
  2. Squeeze the limes.
  3. Use the sorbet attachment on the Kuvings AUTO10S to process the frozen melon pieces together with lime juice, mint, and agave syrup.
  4. Garnish with lime zest and a little agave syrup if desired – and enjoy ice cold.

No added sugar – just natural sweetness, fresh herbs and pure summer feeling.
