Spinach Carrot Juice

Iron-rich power juice with aromatic mango notes.

Ingredients:

-Watermelon: 200 g

-Mango: 100g

-Apple: 100 g

-Spinach: 50 g

-Carrots: 50 g

For more flavor and nutrients in the juice: always use unsprayed fruit with the peel if possible, or clean it in a water bath with baking powder or soda. This has been proven to dissolve more pesticides from the peel.

Prepare

  1. Peel the watermelon and cut it into pieces.
  2. Peel the mango, remove the seeds and cut into pieces.
  3. Use the apple whole or cut it into large pieces.
  4. Cut the spinach into strips.
  5. Cut carrots into pieces.
  6. Juice all ingredients.
  7. Enjoy the juice immediately or chill it for about 1 hour beforehand.
