This detox juice combines vitamin-rich vegetables with apple and pear for a balanced taste.

Beetroot should be used more often in detox juices because it contains many health-promoting nutrients. It provides vitamins A, C, B and folic acid, as well as important minerals such as iodine, potassium, calcium, magnesium, sodium, phosphorus and iron.

Ingredients:

-50 g celery

-50 g spinach

-150 g apples

-70 g beetroot

-150 g pears

-30 g lemon

Note: If you don't like the earthy taste of beetroot, you can use yellow beetroot or add more lemon.

Preparation:

  1. Cut the celery into pieces.
  2. Wash the spinach and cut into strips.
  3. Use apples, pears and beetroot whole or cut into large pieces.
  4. Peel the lemon.
  5. Juice all ingredients.
  6. Enjoy the juice immediately or chill it for about 1 hour beforehand.
