Waldorf juice recipe

The taste
Sweet, nutty and herbal with a slightly creamy texture – simply delicious!

Ingredients
- 6 stalks of celery
- 1 handful of parsley
- 2 red apples
- 2 tablespoons walnuts
- Juicing time: 4 minutes
- Juice quantity: 750ml
- Enough for: 3 people

Celery
- Cut the sticks crosswise into small, thumb-sized pieces to shorten the long, thread-like cellulose fibers and prevent them from tangling around the press.
- You can juice the celery leaves, but they impart a bitter taste. Discard them if you don't like bitterness.

Parsley
- Roughly chop the leaves and stems.
- Juice a handful at a time.
Apples
- Remove stems and stickers.
- Juice the apples whole, with the peel and seeds.
- Halve or quarter them if they are too large to fit in the wide slot.
Walnuts
- No preparation required.
- Juice whole.

Be sure to start this juice recipe with the walnuts.
They must first be juiced so that the subsequently juiced apples absorb the nutty flavor.
Place the apples into the juicer one at a time and let each one juice before adding the next.
Next, juice the parsley. Put the whole handful into the juicer.
Finally, juice the celery stalks.
Tip : For a creamier texture, soak the walnuts overnight before juicing them.
