Lemon Cheesecake

Who wants a sweet and sour lemon cheesecake?

It's healthy, no added sugar, no dairy and doesn't even need to be baked. It takes 20 minutes to make and is so easy to make, even kids can easily do it

So this recipe is perfect if you're short on time but want to eat something delicious


5 cups thick yogurt (here coconut yogurt)
1 lemon jelly
1 packet of gelatin
1 cup of water
4 tablespoons maple syrup
lemon juice (2 lemons)


1️. Mix lemon jelly and gelatin with hot water. Dissolve and let cool to room temperature.
2️. Prepare lemon juice.
3️ mix all remaining ingredients.

4️. Mix together 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 ground almonds, 2 tablespoons peanut butter, 2 tablespoons maple syrup.

The cheesecake is ready:
5️. Fill in the almond base and sprinkle with lemon zest (makes it special)
6️. Fill in the cheesecake and decorate with raspberries. Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
7. Enjoy
