Lemon-coconut granita

Lemon granita with coconut – fresh, light and creamy
This summery ice cream version is made entirely without processed sugar and tastes like a vacation in a glass. Ideal as a refreshing dessert or for a quick snack.
Ingredients:
- 3 peeled lemons
- 500 ml coconut milk
- 4 tablespoons honey
Preparation:
- Place the lemons and coconut milk into the AUTO10S and juice the mixture.
- Stir in the honey and mix thoroughly.
- Pour the mixture into molds or a shallow bowl and freeze. For that signature granita flavor, scrape out fine pieces of ice with a spoon.
- For a particularly creamy consistency: Let the mixture thaw briefly and then blend it in an ice cream maker.
A refreshing treat – completely without artificial additives.
