Lemon-coconut granita


Lemon granita with coconut – fresh, light and creamy

This summery ice cream version is made entirely without processed sugar and tastes like a vacation in a glass. Ideal as a refreshing dessert or for a quick snack.

Ingredients:

  • 3 peeled lemons
  • 500 ml coconut milk
  • 4 tablespoons honey

Preparation:

  1. Place the lemons and coconut milk into the AUTO10S and juice the mixture.
  2. Stir in the honey and mix thoroughly.
  3. Pour the mixture into molds or a shallow bowl and freeze. For that signature granita flavor, scrape out fine pieces of ice with a spoon.
  4. For a particularly creamy consistency: Let the mixture thaw briefly and then blend it in an ice cream maker.

A refreshing treat – completely without artificial additives.
