At the Good Housekeeping Institute Kitchen Appliances and Innovation Lab, we've tested over 50 juicers in the last decade alone. We test cold press juicers by juicing powdery, large-diameter apples that oxidize quickly, soft kale that often clogs machines, and hard and fibrous carrots to evaluate each juicer based on power, efficiency, flavor, and temperature.
