Ingredients (for 1 glass / approx. 350 ml)

  • 1 stick of celery

  • 2–3 leaves of kale

  • ½ head of broccoli (raw)

  • 1 apple (with peel)

  1. Juice all ingredients.
  2. Enjoy juice immediately or let it cool for about 1

preparation

  1. Wash the celery, kale and broccoli thoroughly and cut into large pieces.

  2. Use the apple unpeeled for extra fiber and natural sweetness.

  3. Juice all ingredients using a slow juicer.

  4. Enjoy fresh straight away – or chill for about 1 hour for the ultimate freshness kick.
