Super healthy salted caramel granola
Who wants HEALTHY CARAMEL SALTED Granola)? (+without sugar!!!)
Ingredients (without sugar)(big portion!)
- 2 cups of oatmeal
- 1 cup of almonds
- 1/2 cup hazelnuts
- 1/2 cup mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower and sesame)
- 2 spoons of maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons of tahini
- 1 cup healthy caramel*
preparation
1️. Healthy Caramel : Soak 1 cup of dates in hot water for 10 minutes. Puree the dates with a splash of water, milk and a pinch of Himalayan salt.
2️. Meanwhile, oatmeal, nuts & seeds, maple syrup, coconut oil, tahini, and healthy caramel.
3️. Bake it at 150 degrees Celsius for about 20-25 minutes. If you want larger chunks, don't stir it for the first 8 minutes
