KiBa – healthy & fruity

KiBa 2.0 – the classic in healthy
Many people are familiar with KiBa (a type of fruit and yogurt) – but have you tried the healthy version? Instead of sugar and concentrates, this recipe contains only fresh ingredients, nuts, and even a few vegetables. The result is creamy, fruity, and full of valuable nutrients.
Why KiBa 2.0 is better
- no added sugar
- real food instead of concentrates
- Vegetables and nuts for additional nutrients
- satiating, more stable blood sugar, more intense taste
This recipe is prepared with the Kuvings AUTO10S Slow Juicer – a versatile device that allows you to make juice, creamy smoothies, nut milk or even ice cream from frozen fruit.
Recipe for 2 glasses
- 2 bananas
- 40 g cashews (soaked for at least 2 hours)
- 200 g frozen cherries (slightly thawed)
- 50 g beetroot (raw, peeled)
- Ice cubes for the glass
preparation
- Blend bananas and cashews with the smoothie filter until creamy.
- Change the filter and juice the cherries and beetroot.
- Mix everything together, pour over ice cubes and serve.
Zero-waste tip
Reuse the cherry and beetroot pomace by adding it to porridge or muffin batter. This way, nothing goes to waste and you benefit from added fiber and flavor.
