Italian dessert highlight: Clementine jelly from Sicily

Fruity, light, and simply irresistible—this original Sicilian clementine jelly brings a Mediterranean summer feeling directly to your plate.

With the AUTO10S With the Kuvings Slow Juicer from @kuvingsgermany, preparation is not only faster and easier, but also preserves nutrients and is particularly aromatic.

Ingredients for about 4 servings:

  • – 500 ml fresh clementine juice
  • – 50 g fine cane sugar
  • – 50 g cornstarch
  • – Pistachios for decoration

Here's how:

  1. Juice fresh clementine juice with the AUTO10S.
  2. Mix 5 tablespoons of juice with sugar and starch, then stir in the remaining juice.
  3. Bring to a boil while stirring and allow to thicken slightly, then continue stirring over low heat for about 4 minutes.
  4. Pour into silicone molds, let cool for 15 minutes and then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios before serving – done.
