Ingredients for about 4 servings:
- – 500 ml fresh clementine juice
- – 50 g fine cane sugar
- – 50 g cornstarch
- – Pistachios for decoration
Here's how:
- Juice fresh clementine juice with the AUTO10S.
- Mix 5 tablespoons of juice with sugar and starch, then stir in the remaining juice.
- Bring to a boil while stirring and allow to thicken slightly, then continue stirring over low heat for about 4 minutes.
- Pour into silicone molds, let cool for 15 minutes and then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Sprinkle with chopped pistachios before serving – done.
