Make your own healthy cranberry chocolate
Have you ever made your own chocolate?
It's easier than you think - and the best part: Homemade chocolate not only tastes incredibly delicious, but can also be customized to your own taste.
This festive chocolate combines Christmas flavors with a touch of zero waste. Perfect for putting those leftover cranberries from making juice to good use.



Ingredients
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp cranberry pomace
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 tsp gingerbread spice
- Toppings of your choice: cranberries, coconut flakes
preparation
- Press fresh cranberry juice with the AUTO10S Slow Juicer from Kuvings and use the cranberry pomace for the chocolate.
- Mix all ingredients and heat over low heat until melted.
- Pour the mixture into a mold and decorate it as desired.
- Let the chocolate set in the refrigerator for about an hour. If you prefer to store it at room temperature, use cocoa butter instead of coconut oil.
