Ingredients:
- -50 g celery
- -50 g spinach
- -150 g apples
- -70 g beetroot
- -150 g pears
- -30 g lemon
Note: If you don't like the earthy taste of beets, you can use yellow beets or add more lemon.
Preparation:
- Cut celery into pieces.
- Wash the spinach and cut it into strips.
- Use apples, pears and beetroot whole or cut into large pieces.
- Peel the lemon.
- Juice all ingredients.
- Enjoy the juice immediately or chill for about 1 hour beforehand.
