Four tips on how to cleverly use pomace!


1. Separate the pulp! This way you remain flexible and can create many different things from it.
2. Start with vegetables like carrots or beets in the juicer. These can easily be processed into patties, cakes, crackers, or bars.
3. Add citrus fruits, leaves, and stems to the juicer last. This way, the fibrous pulp doesn't mix with more easily digestible fruits and vegetables.
4. Freeze and use later!
