Wintery baked apple cream

A dessert for a cozy weekend
A treat for cold days: This baked apple cream combines fruity apple layers with creamy mascarpone. Perfect as a dessert or a sweet treat between meals. Freshly squeezed apple juice from the Kuvings Slow Juicer makes this dessert even more aromatic and irresistibly delicious.

Ingredients for the apple layer

  • 5 apples (approx. 500 g)
  • 70 g brown sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Ingredients for the cream

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

preparation

  1. Juice two apples with the Kuvings Slow Juicer – the fresh juice will give the dessert a particularly intense and natural flavor. Peel, core, and dice the remaining apples.
  2. Cook the apple layer: Simmer the diced apples, freshly squeezed apple juice, brown sugar, vanilla sugar, and cinnamon in a saucepan over medium heat until the apples are soft and the liquid has reduced slightly. Then let it cool.
  3. Mix the cream: Mix together the mascarpone, low-fat curd cheese, brown sugar and vanilla sugar.
  4. Layers: Alternate the apple layer and cream into dessert glasses.
